What follows from it
You have a sovereign, resilient blueprint and can have it built by any implementation partner. If Souverana takes on the implementation, the architecture moves straight into the build; the architecture work is credited.

- Are you really independent, selling no platform?
- That is exactly the core of this service. Souverana sells no platform, no model and no hosting solution. The recommendation follows your requirements alone. That includes recommending an open-source solution, or not pursuing a project at all.
- What if we implement ourselves or with another partner?
- The blueprint is deliberately vendor-neutral and belongs to you. You can realise it with your own IT or any implementation partner. An implementation by Souverana is possible, but not a precondition.
- What experience is behind the architecture?
- Built as the architect of the Swiss AI Hub: a complete AI stack of 35 integrated components, able to run air-gapped on a single GPU, proven in enterprise mandates and public tenders.
- What does the architecture work cost?
- A fixed scope from CHF 8’000, typically two to four weeks depending on size. Agreed in advance and creditable towards a subsequent implementation.
