A blueprint is not a system. This service builds the integration layer (RAG, agents, MCP connections, data pipelines) and brings it together with the hosting and operations partners into a solution that runs in production. Built by the person who also answers for the architecture.

## When it is time to build

### The architecture is in place

You have a blueprint (from Souverana or from elsewhere) and need someone to implement it properly.

### A pilot needs to reach production

A proof of concept convinced, but fails on data protection, operations and accountability. The path to productive use is missing.

Model, hosting, platform and integration come from different places, and nobody pulls the whole together.

Ingestion from your sources, preparation, vectorisation, with a permission and audit concept a data protection officer can sign.

Partner coordination

Hosting and operations are taken on by proven Swiss partners. Souverana leads them and remains your single contact.

A system in production

Not a demo: a running, accepted system with evaluation and hand-over criteria.

Price & scope

CHF 2’100 / day · fixed scope possible

Implementation at a day rate of CHF 2’100 or quoted as a fixed scope, often co-delivered with a Swiss partner shop. Preceding architecture work is credited. Prices excl. VAT.

Do you build yourself, or only broker?

The integration layer (RAG, agents, MCP, data pipelines) is built in-house, hands-on. For hosting and operations, proven Swiss partners are brought in and coordinated. You have one contact who understands and answers for the technology.

What experience is behind the implementation?

Built the Swiss AI Agent Protocol with MCP tool integration and three SDKs; an MCP server in production for a globally active industrial group; two publicly usable open-source MCP servers. Plus RAG architectures in production at regulated Swiss clients.

Do we need the architecture from you?

No. An existing architecture (from your IT or another partner) is briefly checked for viability before the build. Souverana can supply the architecture, but does not have to.

Does our data stay in Switzerland?

Yes, that is a design principle. Models and inference run on-premise or with Swiss hosting partners; the integration layer is built so confidential data never leaves your control.
