AI Readiness Assessment.

Where can your company benefit from AI, and what does your regulatory and legal frame allow? The assessment shows where you stand today, which target picture is realistic and which steps take you there: clear, actionable, in the right order. One to two days, ending in a result that stands on its own, not in a sales pitch.

When an assessment is the right first step

AI is in use, just unmanaged

You know ChatGPT & Co. are used in-house, but not with which data and to what extent.

Management wants an answer

There is a mandate to do something with AI, but no plan that survives scrutiny.

The EU AI Act is on the table

You want to know which obligations apply to you, and plan for them from the start instead of being slowed down by them later.

What you hold in your hands

Concrete AI potential

Where AI creates value in your business today: prioritised use cases, named concretely, with a first estimate of value, feasibility and sovereignty. Not a generic idea catalogue.

Status & target picture

Where your organisation stands today, including where AI is already used unmanaged, and which target picture is realistic.

The regulatory frame

What the AI Act and the revDSG concretely mean for you: as guardrails in the blueprint, not as an obstacle. In language management understands.

Prioritised roadmap

The next three to five steps in the right order: what comes first, what can wait and what you can skip.

The process

  1. 01

    Preparation

A short questionnaire in advance, so the joint day does not start from zero but goes straight to substance.

  2. 02

    On-site assessment

One to two days at your organisation, with management and IT: where AI creates value, how your data flows, what is already in use and what your frame allows.

  3. 03

    Evaluation & hand-over

You receive the status picture, target picture and roadmap as a document, and we discuss them together.

Price & scope

from CHF 3’500 · fixed price · creditable

One to two days at a fixed price, excl. VAT. The amount is credited towards a follow-up project. The intro call and the AI Sovereignty Check are free.

What follows from it

The assessment is deliberately a result that stands on its own: you can continue with it alone. If you want to go further, the sovereign target architecture follows from it, and the entry price is credited.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the first step paid and not free?
Because it delivers a result you can use immediately on its own: an honest status picture, a realistic target picture and a roadmap, not a disguised sales pitch. Free and non-binding are the AI Sovereignty Check and a 30-minute intro call.
Who should take part?
Management and IT together. A status picture only holds if responsibility and technology sit at the same table; that is exactly why the assessment brings both views together.
Does our data leave the house?
No. No confidential data is exported or loaded into external tools. An assessment that judges sovereignty must not undermine it itself.
What does the assessment cost?
A fixed price from CHF 3’500 for one to two days, creditable towards a follow-up project. The exact scope depends on the size of the organisation and is agreed in advance.
